ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, against the authorities under the Registration Act to cancel a fraudulent document.
2. According to the petitioner, he has executed a release deed in favour of the private parties in document No.2045/2015, dated 15.09.2015, relinquishing all his rights over the property in dispute. In the said release deed, the petitioner had agreed to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
