The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 18.12.2017 made in Crl.R.C.No. 25/2017 on the file of the learned Additional Session judge, Karur by confirming partly the order in M.C.No. 34/2015 dated 08.05.2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, set aside the same and allow this Criminal Original Petition 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 13.11.2019. 3.Even today(13.11.2019), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
