O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent not to conduct Kangaroo Court under the guise of enquiry in the money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the money transaction issue between himself and the third respondent herein, complaint and counter complaint has been given, over which, the second respondent now pressuring the petitioner to part with the money. 3.The respondent police present before this Court and produced enquiry report in C.S.R.No.1387 of 2021, wherein, it was found that the complaint has been given by the fourth respondent herein, which reads that there is a money dispute between himself and the petitioner herein and due to which, the petitioner alleged to have threatened him. Over which the above said enquiry was undertaken, wherein, Sethuraman also given another complaint, stating that the petitioner has undertaken to repay the amount. On the basis of the above said undertaking, it was closed. In view of the above said closure of the enquiry, the matter has 2/4

become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
