ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the voters list by deleting 488 illegally included votes for Silaiman Panchayat. After the filing of the writ petition, the respondent authorities have already initiated action and they have issued a revised voters list for Silaiman Panchayat. In view of subsequent events, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
