The Writ Petition filed challenging the order of the Inspector of Panchayat withdrawing the power of the President and Vice President to sign the cheque, was allowed by the learned Single Judge, against which, the State has preferred this Writ Appeal.

2.However, the tenure of the President and Vice President is over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal. 2/4
