ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 6 and 7. 2.It is submitted that the petitioner has given a representation for renewal of the license for the period 2024-25 to run his pig farm in S.No.535/14 at Padikkal village, Vilavancode and Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 3.Although the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 6 and 7 seeks time to file a counter, I am of the view that the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2025, pending before the 6th respondent deserves to be considered before any further orders can be passed by this Court. Only if any adverse orders are passed either against the respondents 6 and 7 or any third party, question of invoking the jurisdiction of this Court against such decision would arise.

4.Since the request of the petitioner is yet to be considered by the 6th respondent, I see no impediment in directing the 6th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2025, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Needless to state, before passing final order, the 6th respondent may call upon the petitioner, 7th respondent and others, who are likely to be impacted by the orders to be passed by the 6th respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2025.

6.This exercise shall be completed by the 6th respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
