COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 20.01.2023 and to disburse the benefits under the PM-KISAN Scheme for the years 2022 and 2023 & 2021 and 2022 respectively to the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have given representations on 20.01.2023 for disbursal of the benefits under the PM-KISAN Scheme for the years 2022 and 2023 & 2021 and 2022 respectively. However, the same are yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petitions.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioners will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matters, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 21.03.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
