Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.1033 of 2020 registered on the file of Samayanallur police station.

3. The first petitioner Dharmaraj is presently working as CRPF police in Karan Nagar, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. One can take judicial notice of the fact that it is a most sensitive place where counterinsurgency operations are going on.

4. The defacto complainant states that he has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. In view of the same, the impugned First Information Report is quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
