Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to send the proceedings in Na.Ka.G5/28544 of 2014 dated 31.10.2014 issued by the second respondent to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai for further enquiry based on petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2015 made to the respondents.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for a relief of mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the enquiry proceedings contemplated by the second respondent District Revenue Officer, Madurai to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai.

2. On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter was directed to be listed on 08.03.2023. However, there was no representation for the petitioner on 08.03.2023. Therefore, this case was adjourned to 09.03.2023. Even today, ie., 09.03.2023, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. A perusal of the records reveals that this petitioner seeks to transfer the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.G5/28544 dated 31.10.2014, to the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, since according to the petitioner, the second respondent based on the influence of one Sanjaygandhi is proceeding with the said proceedings. Clearly, the District Revenue Officer against whom the 2/4

petitioner made allegations is not the present Officer. Further, these type of prayers cannot be entertained by this Court and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
