ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to close the History Sheet opened in H.S.No.03/2008 on the file of the Thallakulam Police Station in writ petitioner's name (B.Jeganathan, S/o.Balu) and instruct the Thallakulam Police not to disturb the peaceful living of the writ petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 29.04.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
