When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that against the order of this Court, dated 23.06.2022 passed in W.P. (MD)No.12461 of 2021, writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1355 of 2022 has been filed and an order of interim stay has also been obtained.
