ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation of the case in FIR No.67 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent within stipulated time and to submit final report, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.67 of 2024 on 23.02.2024, that they have examined 5 witnesses and that the petitioner has not been cooperating with the investigation and if the petitioner co-operates, they will complete the investigation and file final report within one month.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent for investigation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
