Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant (Accounts) from the year 2017 and further promote the petitioner to the post of Accounts Supervisor from the year 2018 on par with her junior with all attendant and monitory benefits within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

The petitioner, with a grievance that her juniors have been promoted and posted as Assistant (Accounts), submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by referring to a Memo dated 03.01.2026 submits that the petitioner's name has already been included in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant (Accounts) on 11.04.2017. Therefore, according to him, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. A copy of the 2/4
