PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to release the cost for rice amount of Rs.91,813/- to the petitioner in the light of the letter sent by fourth respondent to the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/7090/2006, dated 05.06.2014. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to release the cost of the rice.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has been complied with and a cheque has been issued in favour of the writ petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
