2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent FIR in Crime No.10 oaf 2020 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 of IPC and Section 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2000, against the petitioner and some others. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2020, so far there is no progress in this matter.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and final report was also made ready and it will be presented before the concerned trial Court, within a short time, after completing the official formalities. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
