ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family member.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,03.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper. He would further submit that since there existed difference in the extent, the village people have given a complaint before the District Collector.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Collector, if so advised. 03.09.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
