This writ petition has been filed to quash impugned order of suspension, dated 22.04.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Nil.

2. The learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the suspension order passed against the petitioner was revoked by the respondent / Department and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
