O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent made in Na.Ka.No.03/LO/2015, dated 27.02.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently the petitioner may be permitted to conduct the Hunger Strike scheduled to be held on 03.03.2015 in between 08.00 a.m to 05.00 p.m at Tidal, opposite to Chemical factory or any other day as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that the petition was filed to permit the petitioner for 2/4

conducting Hunger Strike on the particular date i.e., on 03.03.2015 and the time was over, thereby, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already time was lapsed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
