Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., praying this Court, to withdraw the case in M.C.O.P.No.983 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court,Tirunelveli, and TRANSFER the same to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Sub Court,Padmanabhapuram, and pass such other or further orders as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

"The learned Special Subordinate Judge, Special Sub Court (Dealing with MCOP Cases), Tirunelveli sent a letter dated 15.07.2022 requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of MCOP No. 983 of 2017 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 26.11.2021. In earlier occasion the learned Judge requested time and this Court has also granted three months time to dispose of the above MCOP.

2. considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 16.07.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of the above case.
