ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Vinayagar Chathurthi festival by installing Vinayagar idol from 07.09.2024 to 09.09.2204 in Poolampatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District and for subsequent immerse the idol of Vinayagar on 09.09.2024 at 06.30 pm in our same Village kammai by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the representation, dated 24.08.2024 given by the petitioner is pending before the second respondent. 2/4

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2024 and pass orders within two days from today.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
