This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the subject property in Survey No.299/2 situated at Kayalpattanam Vadapagam Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.02.2021 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.It was submitted that survey had already been conducted and the relevant written instructions received from the first respondent was also placed before this Court.
