PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Appeal Case No.34629/C/2013, dated 06.01.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to furnish a copy of the original "A" register of the Arugankulam Fair Price Shop to the petitioner, maintained in the third respondent office with cost and pass such further or other orders as this Court.
