ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4
528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report after observing all the formalities of investigation in Crime No.37 of 2020 dated 10.01.2020 on the file of respondent police in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent has filed the final report as Un-Detected (UN) and RCS notice was served on the petitioner/defacto complainant through post. But the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have not received any RCS notice.
3. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to serve RCS notice on the petitioner/defacto complainant and file the final report before the jurisdictional Court immediately, if not filed earlier.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so 2/4
advised.
