Alleging that the order of this Court dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.3997 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.3997 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 25.08.2025 bearing reference No.Pa.Mu.A6/3300/2025 has been produced before this Court. The Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram Taluk, is present before this Court in person.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The said proceedings dated 25.08.2025 shall form part of the records.
