The appeal is filed by the State, being aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 22.01.2016, in W.M.P.(MD)No.1165 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.1389 of 2016.

2. This Court allowed the petition, directing the Management to pay wages pending disposal of the Writ Petition and wage shall be paid on or before 10th of every English Calendar month. The same has been challenged in this Writ Appeal and there was an order of interim stay of the operation of the said order. While so, the main Writ Petition namely, W.P.(MD)No.1389 of 2016, filed by the respondent/writ petitioner itself came to be allowed on 14.03.2023. 2/4

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal and therefore, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
