2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
