ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue a Birth Certificate to his son.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would produce the proceedings of the second respondent dated 01.07.2019, wherein, the request of the petitioner has already been rejected. Now, the petitioner has to take appropriate action, pursuant to the above order.

3. In view of the same, giving liberty to the petitioner to take up this cause, pursuant to the rejection order passed by the second respondent, in the manner known to law, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

4. The second respondent is directed to serve an official copy on the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take up this cause in accordance with law before the appropriate authority.
