ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the official respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the garb of holding up an investigation by considering his representation dated 30.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has borrowed Rs.15,00,000/- from the third respondent, that the third respondent has issued legal notice alleging that the petitioner has obtained loan of Rs.15,00,000/- and issued cheque and for which, the petitioner has sent a reply notice and that in the meanwhile, the second respondent on the complaint given by the third respondent has been harassing the petitioner to pay the amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending in current paper and since there existed money dispute between the parties, they have decided to close the matter.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
