O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2015 and 12.02.2015, given to the first and second respondents respectively and consequentially direct them to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for the construction of compound wall around petitioner's property in Survey No.76/9B of Madakulam Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the representation has been made as early as, in the year 2015, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction

to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
