with second respondent bank for agricultural purposes vide AJL No. 741201250 dated 10.10.2012 without creating a lien on the pledged gold articles for the educational loan granted to the third respondent as the entire petitioner's agricultural gold jewel loan amount is already repaid along with interest and the same AJL is closed by the second respondent, considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2015 to respondents 1 and 2 within a stipulated time.
