ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action as against the fifth and sixth respondents for misappropriate the public money on the basis of the representation dated 12.02.2024.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the fifth and sixth respondents, who are the Persident and Village Panchayat Clerk, colluding with each other have misappropriated the public funds sanctioned under the Schemes of Pasumai House and PMAY. He further submits that the fifth and sixth respondents has caused revenue loss to the tune of Rs.30 lakhs. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 12.02.2024. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.On perusing the entire affidavit and after hearing the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition are general in nature and not supported by any materials. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
