O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.06.2018 and also direct the respondents to shift the transformer erected in front of the petitioner's land in Survey No. 53/12 T situated in Plot No. B7 Thanakankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai, to any other alternative place in pursuance to the report to be submit by the 7th respondent after inspection and also direct the respondents to restore the fencing damaged by the 8th respondent in the petitioner's land in the above Survey Number.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has sent representation to the respondent seeking to shift the transformer from his property to public place. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. It appears from a perusal of the photograph that transformer has been erected inside the petitioner's plot and not on the road abutting the same.

Therefore, the seventh respondent is directed to measure the property of the petitioner as per the patta and sale deed and after demarcating the same with boundaries, the fourth respondent shall shift the transformer, if it is found within the petitioner's boundaries, to the portion of the road. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
