COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps for the disconnection of the temporary Electricity Service connection in S.C.No.072014M1198 given to the commercial complex building of 4th respondent in survey No.578/4 located at Tisayanvilai Udankudi Road in Tisayanvilai Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in the light of the direction given by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent in k.njh.m/c.ngh 1/ njhEc.3/Nfh.G.kD/e.vz;:233/15.; ehs;.27.01.2015 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2015. 2. On instructions, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Electricity Board submits that the said temporary electricity service connection has been disconnected on 11.08.2016 and the equipments have also been dismantled permanently.
3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 30.11.2022 Index :
