ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi, in I.A.No.18 of 2020, in O.S.No.12 of 2020, dated 22.10.2021, in and by which, the trial Court has appointed an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features and to report with sketch. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that his only grievance is that the Advocate Commissioner, while taking the measurement, has to take the assistance of a Surveyor and to measure the land. 3.

Since the petitioner has fairly submitted that he is not having any objections with regard to the appointment of Advocate Commissioner, however his apprehension is that the measurement has to be taken with the assistance of a Surveyor, this revision petition stands disposed of, with a direction that the Advocate Commissioner shall take the measurements, as directed by the trial Court, with the help of a qualified Surveyor. Other than the above, the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.18 of 2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
