Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only relief sought for in the writ petition is that the petitioner should not be dispossessed except by following the due process of law.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to adhere to the due process of law. All the contentions and the defences of the petitioner are left open. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
