Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order in Na.Ka.No. H.1/10628/2015 dated 08.10.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to grant time Scale of Pay Increment to the Petitioner for the Period from 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2006 with all consequential benefits as per VI Pay Commission in light of the Judgement in W.P.No. 22589 of 2010 dated 03.08.2011 passed by this Court.
