Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's son died in Saudi Arabia. The petitioner could not get legal heir certificate in time. That led to filing of this writ petition. During the pendency of this writ petition, the legal heir certificate was issued and compensation amount was also received by the petitioner. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
