[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.08.2024, in MCOP.No.321/2021, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same before the Lok Adalat, to be held on 13.12.2025. It is made clear that if no settlement is arrived at between the parties in the Lok Adalat, the Registry is directed to list the Appeal for admission on 15.12.2025.
