Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pending writ petition the petitioner has preferred a petition before the EPFA Tribunal, Chennai, in EPFA No.136 of 2018. The submission is recorded.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the said petition before the Tribunal. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
