ORDER

Mr.G.Sankaran, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.S.Sivakumar representing the Special Counsel for NCTE (respondent), who has accepted notice on behalf respondent are before this Court.

2. After some arguments, learned Counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.21400 of 2019 that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for preferring an appeal under Section 18 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993, No.73 of 1994, on all points available to writ petitioner including the points raised in instant writ petition.

3. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.

4. Permitted to withdraw.

5. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
