O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since we are not passing any adverse order, notice to the 4th respondent is deemed unnecessary. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Reading of the impugned notice dated 19.07.2024, reveals that it is only a show cause notice. The petitioner was required to give his explanation as to why action should not be taken under Section 135(6) of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1988. The petitioner has rushed to the Court without even giving a reply.
3.We therefore, do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition. At the same time, we permit the petitioner to give a reply to the notice dated 19.07.2024, within a period of 10 days from today. If any such reply is given, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as provided under law.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 06.09.2024 NCC :
