2. The petitioner seeks declaration that the petition mentioned election is null and void. Such a relief cannot be granted by the writ Court. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. Even if I assume that the petitioner's case is valid, still the period of tenure of the elected office bearers has expired. The matter has now become infructuous. Nothing survives for the further adjudication. This writ petition stands dismissed on both grounds. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
