This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.269 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was listed for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has already been charge sheeted. The case has been taken on file as C.C.No.666 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous at the inception stage. It is open to the petitioner herein to apply for a certified copy of the final report as well as the 161 statements and thereafter, move this Court again for appropriate relief.
