Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's husband Navaneethakrishan and the petitioner's husband family members.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband Navaneethakrishan and the petitioner's husband family members

2. The petitioner fell in love with one Navaneethakrishnan and they got married and their marriage was also registered before the Sub Registrar, Nilakottai, Dindigul District. Since the petitioner's husband belongs to other community, the family members of the petitioner threatened him with dire consequences. They already belong to political party and with the influence of the members of the political party they are threatening the petitioner, her husband and family members of her husband. Therefore she seeks police protection.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the second respondent is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband Navaneethakrishan and the petitioner's husband family members https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
