******** DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J S.SRIMATHY,J In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2023, the Contemnor namely, Ashokan, Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board,Madurai Division, Madurai had appeared before this Court in person and submitted that out of 66 applicants, for 16 tenements, lot was drawn on 12.01.2023. The Petitioner herein was not successful, however, the Petitioner been informed that in Uchapatti Scheme, if he is interested, he can apply and if he is found eligible, his request will be considered.

2.In view of the above submission, we find nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for further consideration and hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
