This writ petition is filed challenging the tender notification of the second respondent dated 24.02.2015.
2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submit that the period of tender notification itself is over and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
