According to the petitioner, he made an application on 06.06.2024 before the respondent, seeking issuance of passport. Since the same has not been considered so far, he has filed this Writ Petition. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 and process the same, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
