ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition for removal of the encroachment, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, based on the written instructions, would submit that the authorities competent have decided to conduct survey on 18.08.2025 and thereafter, initiate all further appropriate actions by following the procedures as contemplated under law.

2.In view of the said submission, since the authorities competent themselves have initiated action, they are directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by affording opportunity to the encroachers. 2/4

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
