Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in a dispute of purely civil nature on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent contrary to the terms of compromise decree dated 11.03.2020 made in O.S.No.104 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleged that the second respondent is interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners on the one hand and the third respondent on the other.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the third respondent was enquired into and the matter has since been closed on 05.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
