(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all petitions, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.9547, 9548, 9549, 9550, 9551, 9552, 9553 and 9554 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.3997, 3996, 3995, 3994, 3990, 3989, 3991 and 3993 of 2022, dated 04.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.14078, 14077, 14076, 14075, 14072, 14071, 14073 and 14074 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021 in Crime Nos.46, 45, 44, 43, 40, 39, 41 and 42 of 2021 on the file of the DCB, Thanjavur to report to the second respondent police as and when required for interrogation instead of appearing before the second respondent police 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the second respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
